Health experts say vaccines and boosters are the best ways to protect from COVID-19, but many say there are other ways to boost the immune system as well.
According to Cleveland Clinic, eating a healthy and colorful diet is a great place to start, especially if it's rich in vitamin C.
You can also try to get some vitamin D and even though it’s hard to get sunlight in the winter, you can always take supplements.
Getting enough sleep and staying active are also ways to help your immune health.
