A former Walt Whitman High School social studies teacher will spend 90 days behind bars.
Brian Dreher also received 10 years probation when he was sentenced.
As News 12 has reported, Dreher pleaded guilty to having sex multiple times with a 16-year old female student.
Dreher must also now register as a sex offender.
