Four Medford nursing home workers have been found guilty of charges connected to the death of a patient.
The four were convicted on 17 out of 18 charges, including falsifying business records and endangering the welfare of a disabled person.
Prosecutors say the workers failed to connect Aurelia Rios to her ventilator at the Medford Multicare Center.
Kethlie Joseph was also found guilty Wednesday of criminal negligent homicide in connection with Rios' 2012 death.
