Police say a little girl from Elmont trying to help her mother with laundry ended up getting stuck in the washing machine. Dejannah Prince was trying to pull some rugs out of the wash yesterday afternoon

Police say a little girl from Elmont trying to help her mother with laundry ended up getting stuck in the washing machine.
Dejannah Prince was trying to pull some rugs out of the wash yesterday afternoon when somehow the 10-year-old fell into the machine and couldn't get out.
Police and fire crews rescued the girl after about 20 minutes.
Prince is fine, but says she will not be helping her mom with laundry anytime soon.
