Electric bills could be going up across the Island.
For its 2020 budget, LIPA is considering an increase in its delivery charge by up to 2.5%.
That would mean a higher PSEG Long Island bill for all residents.
An increase higher than 2.5% would require a full rate review by the state Department of Public Service.
