In September, I am starting my 23rd year of teaching in the heralded Three Village Central School District.  Currently, I work at Mount Elementary School as an AIS Math teacher.  I also taught sixth grade for more than 20 years at Minnesauke Elementary School.  

I also serve Ward Melville High School as the head baseball coach for the past 14 years.  Three of our players have been selected in the Major League Baseball First Year Player Draft, including Steven Matz (2009) New York Mets, Anthony Kay (2013) and Ben Brown (2017).  More than 90 of our players have continued their baseball experiences on Division One, Two and Three college baseball rosters.  One of our coaches, Kyle Brennan (Ward Melville (2011), is coaching with the Houston Astros. Our JV Coach of the Year in 2017, Matt Marsh is coaching Division One baseball at UMBC in the America East conference.

Also, my young adult children's novel, "Heart of the Hide," has sold more than 6,000 copies and is proudly found in more than 200 libraries across the United States.
