Friday's spring blast of snow did not sit well with Long Islanders.
The late afternoon snowfall wasn't exactly a welcome sight for commuters looking to start their weekends. Crews were out to clear the roads, despite dwindling snow removal budgets and supplies.
"We have enough for this storm, and maybe another storm," said Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano.
Temperatures this weekend should rise back into the 40s and stay there into next week.
