A dispute in East Patchogue has allegedly turned much dirtier.
A 25-foot-long pile of debris is currently in homeowner Chris Yanza's driveway. Yanza says one of his tenants saw a truck dumping the rubble off Wednesday. He believes the pile of concrete, bricks and sand was dumped there as payback for a dispute with a local contractor. He says he owes the contractor $600.
Yanza filed a police report. Town of Brookhaven workers were at his home to assess the situation. According to the town, it is Yanza's responsibility to clean up the mess because it's on his private property.
