Residents at 2850 Grand Concourse told News 12 they see people doing drugs and loitering inside their apartment building.
The building is also home to Titi's Daycare. The manager of the day care said parents often call her, saying they're afraid to bring their children in because people are doing drugs in the entryway.
Cameras captured multiple people doing drugs. One man was even captured fully exposing himself while walking down the hallway.
"We called the city, I've called the police almost every day. Police come, they take them out and then they come right back," said Arisleyda Jimenez, the manager at Titi's Daycare.
Nearly a dozen concerned residents met with News 12 to discuss the ongoing situation. They said they fear for their safety and their neighbors' safety.
"They could go crazy, They could rob you, stab you," said Antoinette Brewer, a resident at 2850 Grand Concourse.
People are calling on management to boost security and prioritize their safety.
News 12 reached out to Park Avenue Management and is waiting to hear back.
