Police say a Moriches man has been arrested in a fatal hit-and-run in Riverhead.

Police say Christopher Oborski hit a 72-year-old man on West Main Street Monday and fled the scene.

Detectives say they were led to Oborski after finding the car involved in the hit-and-run at an auto body shop.

Another car also hit the man, but stayed at the scene.

Police still have not identified the victim and are only saying he lived in Riverhead.
