Officials say a pediatrician from Woodbury was struck and killed in front of New York Hospital in Queens.

Dr. Siu Lee, of Woodbury, was outside New York Hospital on 141st Street and Booth Memorial Avenue just after 6 p.m.

Police say Lee was hit by a Mercedes Benz and later pronounced dead at his own hospital.

According to the New York Post, the father of three was headed to the hospital to treat a young patient.



The driver has not been charged.
