Dr. Carmine Mandarano, of Northport, accused of illegally prescribing pain pills
A Suffolk County doctor is accused of illegally prescribing pain pills to patients who didn't need them. Officials say Carmine Mandarano, 61, of Northport, surrendered to DEA agents Thursday morning.
