The state Department of Transportation says motorists should expect delays on the Long Island Expressway and William Floyd Parkway interchange in Brookhaven beginning Monday.
The DOT says the delays stem from maintenance on the LIE bridge over the William Floyd Parkway. Lane and ramp closures will be in place for about three weeks, according to the DOT.
On weeknights from 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., the ramp from South Service Road to the northbound William Floyd Parkway will be closed. Only one lane on the northbound William Floyd Parkway will also be open.
