Dognappers steal pricey pup from pet shop
The owner of a Smithtown pet shop say a pair of dognappers stole a rare French Bulldog Friday. John O?Donnell, owner of Pick of the Litter, says the couple targeted the most expensive dog in the store.

The owner of a Smithtown pet shop say a pair of dognappers stole a rare French Bulldog Friday.
John O?Donnell, owner of Pick of the Litter, says the couple targeted the most expensive dog in the store. The pilfered puppy, named Raquel, is worth around $3,000, according to O?Donnell.
The owner says the 12-week-old puppy needs vet care and requires shots. ?They took one of my babies,? says O?Donnell.
Anyone with information on the stolen dog is being instructed to contact police. O?Donnell says the dog can be returned to his East Main Street shop.
