A dog named Zoe Claus made some rounds today at North Shore-LIJ in Manhasset.
The little mixed Shih Tzu let hospital goers scratch her belly. She also joined a crowd of hospital employees as they sang happy birthday to a patient.
Zoe Claus and her owner are part of the volunteer staff at North Shore.
Zoe's owner says they visit the hospital at least three times each week all year long.
