Every golfer’s dreams of hitting the perfect shot - the kind that's so good it gets people talking.
A Dix Hills man had that dream come true and as sports director Kevin Maher explains, he's not your typical golfer.
Craig Ludin is 45 years old and has a passion for golf and also has Down Syndrome.
Twice a week, Craig and his dad Mike come to the Dix Hills Golf Course where they celebrate their good shots.

Every Tuesday night, they play in the Special Olympics league, where Craig's been known to turn a few heads.

Last month on one of those Tuesday nights, Craig stepped up to the third hole and got a par-3, 166 yarder and was the best he’s ever been.

However, Craig says there was something that felt even better than making that hole in one.  It was  seeing the reaction of his dad, the man who taught him to love this game.
