Officials say students at William Floyd High School will be allowed back on campus Tuesday following a gas leak.
Fire officials say they were called to the location and found the leak in an underground tank.
Officials say they stayed on site for hours to fix it and deemed the school safe early this morning.
The district tells us all gas has been expelled from the tank and the building recorded zero readings of gas.
However, the odorant could cause a lingering smell.
As News 12 has reported, students there went back to school last week.
