Police say they have arrested a suspect in the fatal hit-and-run that killed a wheel-chair bound man on Long Island Sunday.Police are not releasing details about the victim or the arrested driver, but did say the disabled man used a motorized wheelchair and was trying to cross Middle Country Road in Coram when he was struck. Some witnesses said they didn't know the man's name but often saw him on the road. A few guessed that he was a veteran since he kept an American flag hanging down the side of his wheelchair.
