Police say a Wyandanch man has been charged in connection to a Wyandanch shooting.
William Ballard was shot in the shoulder on Oct. 25 on North 15th Street.
This morning, Devon Matthews, 26, of Wyandanch, is now facing assault charges.
Ballard was treated for his wounds.
Police have not released a motive behind the shooting.
According to police, there was another shooting on the same street in April.
