A man is accused of forcibly touching a woman inside her Hicksville home Sunday evening.
Detectives say Carlos Villeda, 58, walked into an East Street house around 9 p.m. and grabbed a 42-year-old woman.
The victim told him to leave and then he took off.
The woman locked the door and called the police.
Villeda was released from jail after his arraignment, but an order of protection has been issued
