Some more chilly, fall-like temperatures are due to move into Long Island over the weekend.
Skies will transition from cloudy to clear Saturday afternoon with highs into the upper-60s. A chance for a quick shower is possible.
But headed into Saturday night, lows could dip all the way into the low-40s.
The chilled temperatures should extend into Sunday, with highs only going a bit over 50 degrees and overnight lows back into the 40s. Expect a mix of sun and clouds and a chance for a shower during the late-night hours.
