It could be determined next Monday if the Gilgo Beach murder suspect Rex Heuermann's guns will be handed over to Nassau County.
According to court filings, Suffolk County is trying to transfer the hundreds of weapons investigators seized while searching Heuermann's home.
If the weapons are found to be illegal, Heuermann could face weapons charges in Nassau County.
