An Oceanside man faces drug charges after Marine Bureau officers allegedly caught him speeding on his Sea-Doo.
Officers said David Gotterup was speeding through Reynolds Channel around 7:30 p.m. last night.
They say he tossed a bag of cocaine into the water prior to him stopping.
After recovering the bag, Gotterup, 33, was placed under arrest.
