A soggy scenario unfolds all around western parts of the state and the tri-state area overnight. About one half to three quarters of an inch of rain will fall. 
Wednesday will include a spring-like warm up with temperatures in the 60s before it all comes crashing down in the evening. 
Thanksgiving will be windy and colder. Temperatures won't get out of the 40s for the end of the week, but with the winds it will feel more like the lower to middle 30s. Winds on Thursday could gust up to 35 mph and up to 40 mph on Friday.
The weekend weather cooperates for Saturday, but Sunday night could end up being just as rainy as Tuesday night.
