News 12 Long Island has learned John “Junior” Gotti’s daughter and wife are being sued over a fight at a high school basketball game.
Gianna Gotti and her mother Kim were accused of punching a woman in the face last year at a Locust Valley High School basketball game.
The case was dismissed.
However, court records show a family is seeking $50 million in damages from the Gottis and the school district.
The suit claims the district could have prevented the alleged assault or broke it up once it started.
The Gottis have said they did nothing wrong.
