The husband of a Carle Place doctor who suffered a deadly allergic reaction in Disney World is now asking for the recipe of the meal she ate, according to court documents.

Dr. Kanokporn Tangsuan’s husband filed the motion earlier this week.

He is asking for a Disney Springs restaurant to produce the recipe for the meal served to his wife before she died of an allergic reaction.

The request is part of a wrongful death lawsuit he filed against Disney parks and the restaurant.

Dr. Tangsuan died in October of 2023.

The suit claims she was told multiple times her meal was allergen free.
