A Lindenhurst teenager accused of driving high and killing two of his friends was expected in court Monday.
Police say in 2017, David O'Brien was speeding while under the influence of Xanax and marijuana.
O'Brien hit a tree, killing 16-year-old Joseph Galdorisi and 24-year-old Maggie Miller.
He is being charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and driving while impaired by drugs.
