A teenager is facing a hate crime charge for allegedly spray-painting swastikas in Rocky Point.
Police say Christopher Collins, 18, sprayed the symbol on a house and a retaining wall on Garden Road on Thursday.
He also allegedly spray-painted graffiti on a home and on street signs on nearby Locust Drive.
Police say Collins was located in the area after they were called to scene Thursday afternoon, and he was arrested after an investigation.
Collins is charged with first-degree aggravated harassment and five counts of making graffiti.
