Police say a convicted drunken driver was caught intoxicated behind the wheel again, this time with two young kids in his car.Authorities say Aaron Tarkin, 25, of Huntington Station, was spotted driving erratically yesterday. He had a friend's sons, ages 5 and 8, in his car, police say. According to police, Tarkin did not have a valid license or a required interlock device, which monitors the alcohol level of drivers with previous DWI convictions.Tarkin is now facing a slew of charges, including felony driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child.
