Construction could begin within weeks on a new medical marijuana dispensary in Carle Place.
North Hempstead Town has granted a parking variance for the facility slated for the location on Glen Cove Road.
Massachusetts-based PalliaTech is still waiting on approval of a building permit.
However, getting the go-ahead on the parking variance moves the facility a key step closer to being built.
