Amanda Davis and her mother Lydia Rodriguez pour their Puerto Rican culture into their jewelry line Enid & Co.
Before the small business success, Enid & Co. started with an earring obsession and a desire to create them.
Beyond a piece of pretty jewelry is a message that you, the wearer, matter and belong. Davis and Rodriguez say that means women of all different races and backgrounds.
The duo hopes to empower all women to be authentically themselves, since Davis once believe she wasn't enough.
"A girl who had low self-esteem, didn't feel pretty enough, didn't see herself on a billboard, that's my goal to make my younger self proud...and I think I'm doing a pretty decent job," said Davis.
