Services were held today for the newborn found abandoned at the Hicksville Train Station last month.The baby has since been named Nicholas Hope by the AMT Children of Hope. The Safe Haven group also arraigned for the funeral to be held at St. Ignatius Loyola, just up the block from the train station where the Nicholas was found on November 27. Members of that community filled the pews to pray for and shed tears for a child they never knew. Police are still searching for whoever abandoned the baby.The AMT Children of Hope provides alternatives to women who don't want their babies or have hidden their pregnancies.
