A Commack dad is accused of crashing into a hot dog truck while high on drugs with his toddler in the car.
Stanley Battle is facing felony DWI charges under Leandra's Law.
Police say his 19-month-old daughter was in the car with him when he hit the truck on the shoulder of Sunrise Highway in North Bellport Monday afternoon.
Police say no one was hurt.
