Former Islanders captain and current assistant coach Doug Weight says that while the Coliseum shows its age, it's a great spot to watch a game.
"It's an old building," he says. "It's not, for lack of a better term, easy on the eyes when you pull up to it. There's not a bad seat ... it's loud, it's a great environment, you feel like a part of the game."
When the Islanders move to Brooklyn, Weight will feel the emotions of leaving.
"I will miss it here," he adds. "Say what you want about it, but I still love coaching here and I loved playing here."
