Chris King has more than 40 years of Islanders memories from his time in the stands and behind the mic.
"When I think of the Coliseum, I think of 43 years of amazing entertainment, of course led by the New York Islanders and the dynasty years," says the radio play-by-play man. "The team and the building mean everything to me."
King points out that the Islanders' logo features Long Island right in the center and says it will take fans a while to get used to Brooklyn.
"They are Long Island's only professional major sports team," he says. "I do feel like they are losing something."
