City of Glen Cove, school district receive massive refund for overpayment to county
Nassau County Comptroller Elaine Phillips presented the City of Glen Cove and the Glen Cove School District today with a refund totaling more than $1.5 million.
The refund is for overpayment of payments in lieu of taxes to Nassau County from 2010 to 2021.
The presentation was held at Glen Cove City Hall.
