Police say a screwdriver was used as a weapon in a brazen robbery in Roosevelt.
Christopher Williams is accused of cutting a 50-year-old man in the neck with the tool. Police say Williams then took off with cash and a bag of clothing.
The incident happened on Cumberland Avenue yesterday morning.
Williams was arrested a short time after the attack.
He will face a judge sometime today.
