A driver accused of causing a deadly crash in Lawrence is now facing manslaughter charges.

Rahmel Watkins is now facing two upgraded charges of manslaughter.

The 35-year-old was allegedly drunk when he collided with four other vehicles on the Nassau Expressway earlier this month.

A young engaged couple was killed when their vehicle burst into flames.

Five others were injured, including Watkins.
