Caught on camera: Candy thief in Valley Stream seen stealing 2 bowls of Halloween treats

The person can be seen jumping out of a car, running up to a front porch of a home on Pine Lane and grabbing the bowls of candy before running back to the car and fleeing.

The homeowner says they did not call police and are hoping a neighbor’s camera caught the license plate of the car.
