Congratulations are in place for the Carle Place High School varsity baseball and softball teams on their Class B Nassau County victories.

The girls team beat East Rockaway 10-0.

Marissa Nosovitch pitched two shutouts in the series.

Roman Sandonato threw a complete game shutout to lead the boys to a 1-0 victory over Oyster Bay.

The contest was the boys' first Class B title since 2003.
