A bullet was discovered on a school bus in Kings Park on Tuesday.
School officials say a driver spotted it Tuesday morning after dropping students off at the William T. Rogers Middle School in Kings Park.
Police were notified, but they didn't find a weapon.
A notice was sent out to parents.
