A Bronx native and Drexel University basketball player is playing in the Centro Basketball Tournament. Frank Elegar is playing for the U.S. Virgin Island team. His squad earned the silver medal and pulled off the biggest upset of the tournament when they beat Puerto Rico during the semi-finals. Panama, however, took home the gold. Elegar will be returning to Drexel as a junior next year.
