Brentwood pawn shop owner accused of running organized retail theft ring

The Suffolk district attorney says Carlos Ulloa was operating a massive stolen property operation out of EZ Cash Pawn and Jewelry since May of 2020.

The owner of a Brentwood pawn shop and his associates have been charged in connection with running an organized retail theft ring.
The Suffolk district attorney says Carlos Ulloa was operating a massive stolen property operation out of EZ Cash Pawn and Jewelry since May of 2020.
The DA says Ulloa and his associates, Sandra Palomino, Henry Delgado and Sandra Cruz generated more than $1 million in profit.
Four additional suspects have also been arrested in connection to the crime ring.
