A Brentwood man is charged with DWI after a crash that injured his passenger.
Police say Jose Trigueros, 25, was drunk when he hit a tree Monday night at the intersection of Prospect Drive and Eastern Avenue in Brentwood.
The passenger suffered a broken leg.
