Breezy Black Friday on Long Island; coldest stretch of the season arrives this weekend

You will feel a slight chill in the air today, but it will feel colder starting tomorrow with a prolonged period of high temperatures in the upper 30s to low 40s through the start of December next week.
Following what I hope was a nice Thanksgiving for everyone, we have a drier, but colder weather pattern moving in as we head into December next week.
Today will be a pretty nice day overall with a mix of sun and clouds. It will be breezy and chilly with highs in the mid to upper 40s.
Tomorrow will feel much colder. Highs drop to around 40, but it can feel around 10 degrees colder at times with a 10 to 20 mph breeze again. This will be the same for Sunday and the entire weekend will be dry.
The first week of December starts dry and chilly on Monday and Tuesday. There is the chance for some mixed snow and rain showers Wednesday evening into early Thursday next week. Other than that, the week looks dry with highs staying in the upper 30s to low 40s at best through next weekend.
TODAY: A mix of sun and clouds with highs in the mid to upper 40s. Breezy and chilly with a west wind around 10-20 mph.
TONIGHT: Mostly clear and cold with lows in the upper 20s to low 30s.
SATURDAY: Mainly sunny to partly cloudy. Breezy and feeling colder. Highs close to 40, but wind chills will be in the lower 30s at times. Lows in the mid to upper 20s.
SUNDAY: Sun and clouds. Breezy. Highs around 40. Lows in the mid to upper 20s.
MONDAY: Sun and clouds with highs in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Lows near the upper 20s.
TUESDAY: Partly sunny and chilly with highs around 40. Lows in the mid to upper 20s.
WEDNESDAY: A mix of sun and clouds with the chance for some mixed snow and rain showers in the evening and overnight. Highs around 40. Lows in the upper 20s.
THURSDAY: Any mixed rain and snow showers end during the early to mid-morning hours. Highs around 40. Lows in the upper 20s to low 30s.
