Police tell News 12 there were bomb threats at both McGann-Mercy High School and at Riverhead High School today.
The threats follow a bomb threat at McGann-Mercy High School yesterday.
Students from McGann-Mercy were taken to Riverhead High School this morning. However, school officials say they received a threat in Riverhead, so the school was put into lockdown.
Students were sent home early so police could sweep the buildings.
The all clear has since been given by police.
In addition, police tell News 12 there was also a bomb threat at Southampton High School today.
