Body found in Manhattan garbage compactor identified as Crown Heights woman

Police say a woman found Friday in a garbage compactor inside a Manhattan building was identified as a 24-year-old woman from Crown Heights.

Police say a woman found Friday in a garbage compactor inside a Manhattan building was identified as a 24-year-old woman from Crown Heights.
They say Jaclyn Elmquist was found inside the compactor inside a building at West 28th Street.
Upon arrival, police say Elmquist was unconscious and unresponsive.
The NYPD says her injuries indicate that she fell down the garbage chute in the building. 
Police say the medical examiner is investigating the cause of her death, but no criminality is suspected.
