Celebrity chef Bobby Flay was on Long Island Saturday to visit two of his restaurants.
The "Beat Bobby Flay" star stopped by the Bobby's Burger Palace restaurant locations at the Roosevelt Field and Smithhaven malls.
Flay says he dropped in to connect with his staff.
"They're sort of carrying my flag every single day, so its important for me to come out and talk to my staff and hear the things customers are talking about, any concerns, so we can make this place better and better," he told News 12.
He added, "The thing I love about these places is whenever I walk in here it seems like everyone is having a great time, everybody is smiling. It makes me smile, too."
Flay also got the chance to meet and greet some of his fans.
