? Mayor Michael Bloomberg has announced that work on a planned museum at the World Trade Center has come to a halt. Bloomberg says because of money issues, there is ?no chance? it will open on time next year. The museum was scheduled to open this September on the 11th anniversary of the attacks. More than one million people have visited the new 9/11 memorial since it opened 16 weeks ago.
