The president commuted the sentences of Brian Callahan, who pleaded guilty in a massive Ponzi scheme 10 years ago, Andrew Mackey who pleaded guilty to another Ponzi scheme, and Tremaine Brown who was convicted of conspiring to sell drugs on the East End.
A total of 39 people who were convicted of non-violent crimes were pardoned as well.More could come before Biden leaves office.
